Old Port Trail
Place has had a change of management and has been cleaned up, grass mowed, old cars removed, toilet block spotless, a greatly improved place to stay
Would have to be the worst caravan park in Australia . Very run down and not maintained , no cleaning of toilets and showers at all . If you enter and look at the reception and office you would think that you were at the local rubbish tip , that would be enough warning to turn around and leave .
Checked this park out recently, while looking for somewher to come regularly. Was very dissapointed by how run down it was. Seems like there are quite a few permanents and residens who live tnere as well and these have given it a slummy look.Could be quite a nice park with some TLC and a good clean up of old and rundown vans. But was very dissapointed and wont be back.
If you thought it was run down 12 months ago, you should see it now. I don't things could get this bad without the place closing down...grass hasn't been mowed in a month...piles of tree braches, leaves and grass clippings piled up everywhere.. This place has gone to rack & ruin in the last couple of months. Friendly service is non existent
Found this park by accident. Spent Easter 2014 there and thought it was set out pretty well. Didn't notice dog poo laying everywhere although there were a few dogs there. It's a nice cosy spot and the owners do their best to satisfy the campers needs. Overall I found it an ok place to be at and will be returning.
very run down full of sand flys
Very noisy after 10.30pm (Aust day weekend) Smells like you are next to a sewage farm Lots of dog droppings around the park
