Reviews
We have just spent 3 days at Jungle Beach, I remember coming here when it was known as Burbang Adventure Park and think it has gone down hill, it resembles a shanty town now and the facilities are very basic at best, the laundry facilities were very dirty and I would not consider washing my clothes in the badly maintained machines. There is no drinking water available. The price at $40 per night for a powered site it way too much. We won't be going back sadly as the location is ok.
No shop here unless you want bait and ice. Over 200 in the park with only 3showers and 4 toilets for the men and women so the lines to use these facilities were sometimes up to an hour wait !!! When making an enquiry about concerns you have expect a 48hr delay like we had when out power wasn't working. We had to fix it ourselves. It seemed that this business is more interested in the money as there is no customer service at all
We have just spent another relaxing week at beautiful jungle beach. We have been holidaying here for many years with our kids. Before the new owners took over the park had become very run down. Over the past 3 years the new owners have brought the park back to life, a huge job. We now can enjoy a new tennis court, clean amenities, clean pools and friendly service. A new olympic size tramp was just put in as we stayed. Our kids actually put away their techonology and get out and play. We love this area for it's gorgeous beaches, great fishing and it's relaxing wilderness setting. We will keep coming back every year.
