A very simple park but its so cheap!! $28 a night for powered sites. Right next to the river, close to town and attractions. No slabs to sites but the park is well grassed and has some trees for shade. No pool or camp kitchen or playground but you have to pay for these in other parks in your site fees. So if you want a nice quiet park with clean toilets and a showers and laundry this is just perfect. We visited the museum in town which was great, there is also a small historic gaol, historic railway station and historic railway and road bridge. Gundagai is not just doggy on the tucker box! Its a great place to stay for a few days
Facilities are basic but they are clean and very well maintained by the family running the park. Great location and great cabins. Views of the river are terrific. The place looks great for a council owned park. Great spot if you don't want to be awake at night because of barking dogs.
Thank you so much, No DOGS, no yobos in dayglow vests, and no smoking near cabins. put more cabins on the river, and less whining caravaners, it would be perfect. We will be back.
